The 2026 FMBCF Men’s Conference, themed “Manifest Your Destiny: The Next Generation – Cultivating a New Path,” will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Fresno.
Led by our Millennial and Gen Z members, the program includes:
Morning Session: A “Barbershop Conversation from Gen Z’s Perspective” – a moderated panel featuring local college students, moderated
Afternoon Session: A “Next Generation Leadership Panel” featuring recent graduates in education and technology.
This empowering event will bring together the men both young and seasoned together for meaningful conversation, practical encouragement, and workshops focused on personal growth and professional direction.
